Lasting change doesn't come through human effort, frustration, self-hatred, guilt, or beating yourself up over your failures.
 It comes from having your mind renewed daily by the Word of God. 

One day at a time through his Word you gradually will change. 

You start to think differently, talk differently, and act differently. 

It is not about perfection it's about progress. Am I growing, am I progressing.

 Celebrate your progress!!!!

Lord I know I am not what I ought to be, but I thank You that I'm not what I used to be.
